Pay Rate: £11.45 per hour
Contract: Temporary position, with the potential to go temp to perm

Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8am-4:10pm

The role we are recruiting for is an Production Operative in a factory environment, working for a ventilating equipment manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with metal and building units
- Building and assembling dampers, outer casting and blades
- Using machinery and hand tools, including drills, hammers, and riveters
Requirements:
- Must come from a factory, production or manufacturing environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in using hand tools
- Experience measuring items
- An engineering mindset or experience
- Personal drive to improve self-skills and team performance
