Job Role
We are seeking a skilled General Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning in our school. The successful candidate will work with teachers to provide individualized support to students, and may be responsible for leading small group learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons to students
- Provide individualized support to students with varying needs
- Lead small group learning activities under the direction of teaching staff
- Assist with classroom management and organization
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in education support
- Ability to work effectively with teachers and students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Working Conditions
- 26.5 hours per week, term time only
- Fixed term contract
- Part-time position
