Clinical Specialist Radiographer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiography Specialist to join our Imaging Services team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Clinical Specialist Radiographer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic radiography services, working closely with our team of radiologists and consultants to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality images for CT and general lists
- Regular rotation throughout CT, general, IR, and theatres
- Work closely with radiologists and consultants to set up policies and protocols for imaging and patient pathways
- Identify improvements and oversee implementation of such improvements as agreed with the line manager
- Assist with patient bookings and administrative duties
- Assist with staff orientation and training
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- Extensive CT experience gained post-graduation, ideally in the UK
- High level of understanding of clinical governance and protocols relating to CT and plain film scanning
- Theatre experience essential
- Experience in IR desirable
- Experience in Cardiac CT desirable
- Experience using GE, Siemens, and/or Canon equipment desirable
