Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the purchase ledger team's daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of financial processes.
- Review and verify invoices and payment runs for accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Resolve complex issues related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with audits, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
