We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a qualified 18th Edition Electrician to join a specialized HVAC and Energy efficiency controls firm. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in electrical installation and maintenance, particularly within the facilities and building maintenance sectors. Experience in the controls industry is a significant advantage. This organization has established a solid reputation for collaborating with prestigious blue-chip companies, healthcare facilities, municipal buildings, and commercial properties. You will be part of a team led by Directors known for their outstanding standing in this industry.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday

Friday - Early finish at 15:00

Total of 36.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and install electrical control panels
  • Diagnose and maintain various electrical components
  • Install and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in commercial environments
  • Troubleshoot electrical wiring systems
Qualifications:
  • 18th edition certification and completion of a full apprenticeship
  • Prior experience in installation and building maintenance
  • Experience in building maintenance control (preferably)
  • Valid driving license
  • Willingness to receive training in the service industry and control systems
