Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Drivers Mate to join our team at Olleco. As a Drivers Mate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our drivers on daily rounds, delivering fresh cooking oil to restaurants and collecting waste cooking oil to be loaded back onto the lorry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompanying the driver on daily rounds, interacting with customers, and providing an effective and helpful service
  • Aiding the driver to locate new locations that require delivery
  • Filling out round sheets and invoices with quantities and prices
  • Unloading used cooking oil from the vehicles back in the yard
  • Loading vehicles with fresh stock ready for the next day
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the site runs efficiently and effectively

Requirements

  • Hardworking and reliable attitude
  • A car or moped driving licence
  • At a minimum, GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
