Job Title: Interior Spatial Designer

Are you passionate about creating exceptional workspaces that inspire productivity and collaboration? We're seeking a talented Interior Spatial Designer to join our team at JaK Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design process by focusing on workplace consultancy, space planning, and delivering top-notch project designs.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process.
  • Work closely with commercial managers and estimators to ensure designs are feasible, within budget, and delivered on time.
  • Utilise advanced skills in Revit to produce detailed and accurate design documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial office fitouts with a strong portfolio.
  • Background in space planning is essential.
  • Advanced skills in Revit, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate design documentation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of commercial design codes, regulations, and industry standards.
