Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and industry standards.

  • Operational Management:

    • Oversee the setup and operation of construction sites.

    • Manage the planning and execution of construction projects.

    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Commercial Management:

    • Manage project budgets and costs.

    • Develop and implement effective cost-saving strategies.

    • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment.

  • Quality Management:

    • Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards.

    • Develop and implement effective quality control procedures.

    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality issues.

  • Communication and Team Management:

    • Develop and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.

    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals.

    • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in MS Office and other construction software.
