Graduate Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a classroom environment and develop their skills in supporting teachers and students.

About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with experienced teachers to support the delivery of the primary curriculum. You will be assigned to a class between nursery and year 6 and will be responsible for supporting the teacher and students in all areas of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons and activities
  • Working with students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
  • Assisting with the preparation and organization of classroom materials
  • Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements

We are looking for a Graduate who has a passion for education and a desire to work with children. You should have some experience of working with young people, either through volunteering, tutoring, or other roles. You will need to be flexible, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
