We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Greggs Team Leader. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained
  • Prepare and serve food to customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
