We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at Bairstow Eves. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for managing a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the office, including staff supervision and training
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings management, preferably in a residential property environment

  • Full UK driving license
