Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional legal services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
  • Manage and develop our new family law department, working closely with the Head of the Legal Department to achieve targets and goals.
  • Network with internal departments and external agencies to build strong relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000, depending on experience.
  • 28 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, pro-rata.

  • Remote and flexible working options, subject to management approval.
