About the Role

The Recruitment Co is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality summary packs and other services to clients, consistently meeting targets and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Recommend solutions to problems and provide timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed information in our IT systems, ensuring all communications are recorded and easily accessible.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and levels, providing exceptional client experiences.
  • Liaise with external parties and suppliers to provide third-party services, including RICS valuations and reports.
What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary of £22,500 + commission.
  • A permanent role with 37.5 hours per week.
  • 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.

Requirements
  • Able to manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to study and review company policies, ensuring knowledge remains current.
  • Contribution to the 1-1 appraisal process and provision of supporting evidence.
  • Participation in ad-hoc projects as required by colleagues and management.
