Financial Accountant Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Spalding. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting function of the business, including financial reporting, treasury management, and being the primary contact for external audits.
As a Financial Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. You will also be responsible for managing a team of three direct reports and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and business reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance, with a full accounting qualification preferred but not essential. You will also need to have excellent technical accounting knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
The benefits package on offer includes:
- Up to £50,000 salary
- Up to 10% bonus
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 6% employer pension
- Office Based in Spalding
