About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Merchandiser to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd. As an Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's online business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to inform pricing strategies.
  • Set competitive prices to maximize product sales and company profitability.
  • Take ownership of a specific product type, overseeing its launch and ongoing management on our website.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and sufficient stock levels to meet anticipated demand.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance within your product area, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer services and sales staff with product and pricing queries.
  • Prepare KPI reports for your team on performance in your product area.
Requirements
  • Numerical and analytical skills, including data analysis, budgeting, and range planning.
  • Proven experience in Ecommerce Product Management or similar.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in market research techniques.
  • Confidence and professionalism.
  • Must have experience in price setting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced level working with Excel, including V lookups and pivot tables.
  • Able to multi-task and work to a deadline.
  • Naturally positive communicator and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
