We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform planned preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- React quickly to equipment failures, diagnose the root cause, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance procedures and equipment manuals.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and other team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, and control systems.
- Experience with maintenance management software and CMMS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with high-voltage switching and electrical distribution systems.
- Knowledge of conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
- Experience with bar code scanners and print and apply machines.
- Understanding of HVAC, dock doors, and general building maintenance tasks.
