Engineering Lecturer and Trainer Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill this full-time role at our campus. This position combines teaching engineering students with training and coaching in the workplace.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality engineering programs to students, maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Conduct work-based assessments, including organizational, coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
Essential Requirements:
  • Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications.
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification in Engineering.
  • A teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one (Cert Ed/PGCE/DTLLS).
  • A TAQA Award or equivalent.
