Company Overview:
- Fionics is spearheaded by a former CEO & CTO of a leading HFT firm, aiming to establish a robust HFT operation within the Indian and Asian markets.
- After dedicating the last few years to developing and validating a successful intraday investor-driven MFT business, the company is poised to transition into high-frequency trading.
Position Summary:
- This role does not involve integrating your strategy into an existing framework.
- Instead, it offers a unique chance to collaboratively build a new HFT business line and enjoy the benefits of its sustained success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee high-frequency trading strategies aimed at maximizing profitability in designated markets.
- Work closely with the executive leadership to enhance and refine the firm's trading infrastructure.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics in Asia, India, and CME crossover markets, implementing strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience as an HFT Portfolio Manager in Asian, Indian, or CME crossover markets.
- A minimum of 5 years in high-frequency trading, ideally with a background in developing trading platforms or strategies.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term vision.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
