Your primary responsibility will be to guide junior team members while ensuring the department adheres to all necessary financial obligations on a monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual basis.


Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Financial Reporting Manager, you will be tasked with delivering precise and timely management reports that align with all internal standards, alongside regular cash flow projections across various regions, analyzing actual cash movements against forecasts.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting internal stakeholders and collaborating with Regional Finance Business Partners by providing timely, accurate, and insightful data that will facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning, while also compiling precise budgets and forecasts that reflect the organization's strategy and activities.

Furthermore, you will ensure the maintenance of effective financial oversight and Balance Sheet management.

Key Duties:
- Financial and management reporting and analysis
- Preparation of all management accounts and monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting obligations
- Analyze financial data to identify and rectify any discrepancies and explain variances from budget or forecast
- Ensure robust financial controls are established within the financial systems
- Identify and recommend enhancements for systems and controls
- Oversee the complete reconciliation of the balance sheet on a monthly basis
- Budgeting and forecasting (including cash flow)
- Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Produce and manage cash flow forecasts for relevant stakeholders
- Effective cost management
- Review financial and management reports for accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting of items
- Monitor the control environment to identify and resolve issues

Candidate Profile:
- Experience as a management accountant in a growing subsidiary of a large corporation
- Familiarity with the dynamic environment of a rapidly expanding company
- Knowledge of effective processes and practices within a larger organization
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified
- HFM experience is advantageous
- Proficient in Excel
- Understanding of IFRS
- Financial, management, and group reporting experience
- Balance sheet management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Experience in a large multinational or European/global organization
- Background in a multi-currency/multi-language setting

This position currently allows for remote work with a flexible schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home.


This role is outside IR35.
