We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at SSP. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of staff, providing coaching and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the outlet is maintained in a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in a hospitality or retail role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and health and safety regulations.
