Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Technical Manager in delivering essential Technical and Design information for land evaluations and Planning Application submissions.
  • Coordinate with external consultants to produce the necessary technical details and drawings for the successful execution of residential projects, from planning to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Control Approvals and manage all imposed conditions effectively.
  • Facilitate the clearance of Planning Conditions through the development and management of relevant applications.
  • Prepare legal transfer plans and secure Land Registry Approval.
  • Oversee and coordinate comprehensive technical release packs for tendering purposes.
  • Provide precise technical support and information to all internal departments, including Commercial, Production, and Sales, aligning with company objectives and timelines.
  • Evaluate evolving regulatory standards and product information to guarantee the efficient and cost-effective delivery of residential projects.


Qualifications:

  • HND/HNC in Building Studies, Construction, or a related field.
  • Proficient IT skills, with experience in AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Solid understanding of the technical aspects of house building and Building Regulations.
  • Familiarity with Planning Legislation and Construction Design & Management Regulations.
  • Strong organizational and work management skills.
  • Effective time management abilities to meet deadlines.
