Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Technician to join our team at our Latchford plant in the UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime
  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and follow up on feedback
  • Escalate out-of-hours problems and develop solutions with the Lead Engineer
  • Ensure safe working practices and equipment safety

Requirements

  • 5 years of maintenance experience
  • Qualified to ONC (or HNC) in Electrical/Control Engineering
  • Expertise in 3-phase and single-phase motor controls, inverter speed controls, and PLCs
  • Good fault-finding skills and instrumentation experience
