We are seeking an experienced Associate Director/Senior Structural Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Scotland. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to lead diverse and challenging projects, while contributing to the growth and innovation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical support and fostering professional development.
- Ensure all engineering work adheres to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
