Mortgage Advisor Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our Estate Agency team at Fox & Sons. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and helping individuals find the right mortgage solution for their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
- Deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service, ensuring clients return for future business.
- Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
- Collaborate with the residential team to provide feedback on progress and leads.
- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
- Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 1 year's sales experience, working towards targets and objectives.
- Positive and resilient attitude.
- Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals.
- Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Numerate and detail-conscious.
