We are seeking a skilled Workshop Coffee Machine Specialist to join our maintenance team at Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned business in the coffee industry. As a Workshop Coffee Machine Specialist, you will be responsible for the overhaul, repair, and refurbishment of our brewing machines, ensuring they operate to expected performance levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake overhaul, repair, or refurbishment work on brewing machines
  • Inspect and test the completed machine to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Keep accurate records of jobs and parts used
  • Potential weekend call-out on a rotated shared basis and holiday field engineer holiday cover (after training)
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workshop environment

Requirements

  • Experience in connecting to water and electrical supplies
  • Appliance maintenance experience is preferred
  • Coffee machinery engineering experience is an advantage but not essential

  • Flexibility, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, work accuracy, numeracy, and quality orientation
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
