Axon Moore Group Ltd is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful business near Wigan to recruit an ambitious Management Accountant. This is an opportunity to gain sought-after and unique experience, as the business is currently going through an exciting buy-and-build journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completion of month-end management accounts
  • Support with production of weekly KPI reporting for the business
  • Monthly and weekly preparation of customer cost statements
  • Business partnering with operational managers and customers, providing quality finance support
  • Business partnering across external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, funders, investors)
  • Support in the annual budget process and subsequent re-forecast as required by the business
  • Provide weekly and monthly variance analysis of cost and KPIs against the budget
  • Support the manager in providing commercial insight and analysis on business results, including identifying trends
  • Ensure full and detailed reconciliations are completed monthly on all key areas of revenue and costs across divisions
  • Continually review and challenge spend across the business, maintaining and developing suitable analyses to assist operational managers with financial controls
