Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Inventory Control Associate to join our team. The role involves working Monday to Friday with rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain precise records of inventory to mitigate financial risks.
• Manage all stock movement documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Update systems with relevant data following operational transactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, transport providers, and internal teams regarding operational matters.
• Adhere to Quality, Health, and Safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Sustain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) database and schedules without compromising service levels and stock integrity.
• Provide general administrative support to facilitate efficient operations.
• Attend training sessions as required.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and legal standards in handling finished products.
• Identify and report potential quality issues affecting food safety to management.
• Conduct cycle counts in alignment with customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with stocktaking as per customer specifications.

Candidate Profile
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable, committed, and reliable in performing diverse tasks.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy to ensure error-free work.
• Ability to collaborate within a team while demonstrating flexibility and dependability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel at an intermediate level.
• Familiarity with Manhattan WMS is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting critical deadlines.
• Willingness to multitask and provide consistent support.
• Prepared to adjust to meet operational needs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment, enthusiasm, and flexibility relevant to the role.
