Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a proficient Electro-Mechanical Technician to enhance our assembly team. This position focuses on the integration of electro-mechanical systems and components, ensuring adherence to superior production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble various products utilizing hand tools such as cutters, crimping tools, screwdrivers, and soldering equipment.
2. Adhere to detailed work instructions, schematics, and verbal directives to achieve production targets and maintain quality assurance.
3. Report on progress, potential delays, and quality issues to team supervisors.
4. Uphold a safe working environment by following the company's health, safety, and environmental protocols, including the 5S methodology.
5. Engage in training for additional machinery and equipment as required.
6. Execute other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and interpreting English.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Capability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Experienced in the use of hand tools and soldering equipment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with measurement instruments such as voltmeters, continuity testers, force gauges, micrometers, verniers, and oscilloscopes.
- Competence in utilizing computers for data entry and information management, including software like Word and Excel.
