Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineering Manager to lead our global network engineering team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating our global telecommunications and network environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the global network engineering team.
  • Develop and implement new team skills and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a technical expert and provide guidance on network architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating activities related to the day-to-day operation of the network environment.
  • Identify and drive cost savings opportunities to reduce the cost of service and eliminate technical debt.
  • Build and maintain relationships with other IT leaders to develop a clear understanding of business needs and ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services.
  • Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities to ensure suitability for integration with our existing IT environment.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the IT operations management team and staff.
  • Participate in committees to drive the development of enterprise standards, governance processes, and performance metrics to ensure network infrastructure delivers value to the enterprise.
Requirements
  • 8 or more years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 10% of the time, internationally or domestically.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of leadership experience.
  • IT infrastructure experience in a global enterprise environment.
  • Merger, acquisition, and divestiture experience.
  • Manufacturing experience.
