Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized administrative professional to join our team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the Exams and Cover Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our exams and cover arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Exams and Cover Manager, including diary management, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of exams and cover arrangements, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including student information and exam results.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and parents, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience of working in a secondary school or similar environment, with knowledge of SIMS and other administrative systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
