Key Responsibilities of the Director of Account Management:

  • Sales Achievement: Propel performance and expansion within the Public Sector and Central Government domain.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement strategies aimed at achieving consistent growth in the Strategic Central Government sector.
  • Deal Management: Design and oversee pursuit plans for critical contracts, ensuring alignment with product and service objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders within key clients and prospects.
  • Partnership Collaboration: Work alongside vendor and systems integrator partners to enhance and differentiate pursuits.
  • Opportunity Identification: Recognize immediate margin enhancement opportunities and maintain an ongoing pipeline.
  • Business Advocacy: Champion the business, supporting broader strategic initiatives and participating in advisory boards as needed.

What we seek in a Director of Account Management:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated experience in sales management, particularly in the IT sector.

  • Relationship Management Skills: Strong history of fostering relationships at the executive level and with external partners.
