As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Leading and supervising a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Providing mentorship and coaching to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensuring the correct skill mix is maintained on each shift to meet the needs of our residents.
- Administering and recording medication accurately and safely.
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assuming responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager.
