The Role

We're seeking an entrepreneurial and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Counter Manager. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering unforgettable events for customers, and working on customer outreach. You'll also have the opportunity to promote the learning and development of your team and contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of a counter and team
  • Drive forward sales, KPIs, and company objectives
  • Complete targets, rotas, and weekly reports
  • Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a team with a focus on training and education
  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet
Requirements
  • A passion for wellbeing and customer service
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Experience in the Health and Beauty Industry and at least 2 years' experience in managing a team
  • A deep affinity for NEOM and its values, with a keen interest in wellbeing
