Job Title: Account Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Jones and Palmer. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients, developing strategic account plans, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Project Team Leadership: Lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Commercial Responsibility: Manage client budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitable project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Relevant corporate communications/investor relations experience.
  • Experience as an Account Director or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Drive to continually further knowledge.
  • Annual reports and sustainability reporting experience.
  • Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills.
