Position Overview: As a vital member of our operations team, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of all front-to-back business processes while supporting various ad hoc responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee high-risk levels, demonstrating a solid grasp of trading principles, risk management, and compliance.
- Conduct daily reconciliations and address ad hoc trade inquiries related to settlement, same-day trade matching, and broker communications.
- Assist in project initiatives aimed at enhancing ongoing business operations.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the mechanics and practical applications of Equity (both swap and cash), Fixed Income, Credit, Swaps, Futures, and FX products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel with a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to thoroughness.
