At Amazon, the Central Channel Team plays a crucial role in building digital sales platform (DSP) capacity for the Global Selling (GSL) Large Merchant (LM) business. This team is responsible for balancing channel share among DSP and Amflex Channel, working closely with other teams to devise channel strategy and development. Based on the channel share plan, this team owns the block release plan for the week and is responsible for adding capacity during the week. Additionally, they oversee new partner selection and onboarding for the GSF business line, monthly partner payouts, annual price revisions, and compliance of DSPs associated with Amazon GSF business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Operations team to manage last mile capacity and track delivery costs.
  2. Optimize the channel mix between DSP and Am Flex to maximize efficiency.
  3. Design and implement mechanisms to assess the performance of delivery partners, enhancing the delivery experience for customers.
  4. Simplify current processes to drive efficiency in channel management.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  2. 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  3. 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.
  4. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  5. 2+ years of driving process improvements.
  6. Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
