About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer and Trading Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery service, managing a team of colleagues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the performance and time of your team, ensuring they feel supported and motivated.
  • Plan shift patterns and activities in advance, working collaboratively with other managers.
  • Be ultimately responsible for ensuring the delivery service runs like clockwork, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
