Job Summary:

Norse Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Parkside Academy. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out basic cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
  • Empty bins, clean restrooms, and ensure sanitaries stations are full.
  • Build relationships with clients on site.
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Report any defects or damages.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience.
  • Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with clients on site.
  • Confident working independently to your own initiative.
  • Good organisational skills, with attention to detail.
