About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operative to join our team at Adler and Allan Group. As an Operative with HGV license, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles, including HGVs, and completing daily vehicle checks prior to use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles, including HGVs, and complete daily vehicle checks.
- Conduct high-pressure water jetting, clean-up of spills/fly tips using available resources and equipment.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks, including interceptor and storage tank installs, servicing, inspections, and de-commissioning.
- Assist in the delivery of civils, ground works, construction, and remediation projects.
- Liaise with customers on site to discuss ongoing works and further company services.
- Assist in the delivery of environmental protection and industrial services works, including surface preparation and spray lining.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with knowledge and experience of completing RAMS documentation, previous experience in a similar role or environment, and experience with civils work (digger) desirable.
