About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Project Managers with end-to-end event delivery, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Attend creative briefings and contribute to the creative response
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and delegate management
  • Manage inboxes, venue sourcing, and liaison with vendors
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for events
  • Provide on-site management and support during events
About the Company

Our client is a multidisciplinary agency based in the Southwest of England, specializing in event management and design. They work with international clients, managing exhibition and symposia activities at medical congresses and building exhibition stands and satellite symposia.
