Job Title: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Kelso. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role:
  • Provide individual care and support to adults with varying needs and abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective and efficient support.
  • Communicate and work well with supported individuals to provide positive feedback and encouragement.
What We Offer:
  • Statutory annual leave paid monthly based on hours worked.
  • Fully funded PVG and 1st year SSSC registration.
  • Blue Light Card.
