Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Create professional sales presentations that align with client needs and our company's value proposition.
  • Content Management: Organize and compile content for tenders, bids, and RFPs, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal sales team to provide timely marketing support.
  • Content Library Management: Manage a content library, maintaining up-to-date information for tender submissions.
  • Design and Visuals: Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Cloud to create visually appealing marketing materials that adhere to brand standards.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) with a proven ability to create/edit high-standard documents.
  • Copywriting and Editing: Excellent copywriting, editing, and proof-reading skills.
  • Brand Guidelines: Experience in working with brand guidelines, pulling together technical and visual content for bids or presentations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience responding to RFPs, tenders, and bids is highly desirable.
