Mobile Plant Maintenance Engineer

Our client, a leading destination for vehicle and plant repairs and maintenance, is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Engineer to cover their sites in the Slough and surrounding Reading area. This role involves travel and offers a company van for transportation. As a Mobile Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's plant and equipment, providing expert maintenance and repair services to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to various sites in the Slough and Reading area to perform maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment
  • Use company van for transportation to and from sites
  • Work closely with our client's team to ensure seamless operation of plant and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Identify and report any issues or defects with plant and equipment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Engineer or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance and repair
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and ability to use company van
