Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for supporting the development of best-in-class media plans and rationales, and ensuring that all internal processes are correctly adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campaign briefings and campaign trackers
  • Update relevant documents to ensure all stakeholders are clear on current status and next steps
  • Work alongside internal departments to generate clear rationales and detailed media plans
  • Reactively adapt and update media plans based on client feedback (budget changes, live dates etc)
  • Lead campaign implementation, with the support of your Account Manager, including tagging and reporting requirements
  • Ensure all standard client requirements are delivered correctly and on time (contact reports, competitive reviews, online status reports)
  • Ensure all finance documents are correctly completed (reconciliations, finance trackers etc)

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task to an exceptional level
  • Good organisational skills
  • Understanding that a high level of service to our clients is expected at all times

What We Offer

  • Office hours are 9.15am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • 25 days holiday per annum
  • 4 days mental health allowance
  • Full training will be provided once evaluation of skill set has been undertaken
  • Hybrid Working (3 days a week in the office)
