Job Title: Human Resources Admin

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at Ocho. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support and assisting with all aspects of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry in HR tracking spreadsheets.
  • Provide support in employee relations meetings, including drafting invitation letters and taking minutes.
  • Organise inductions for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Assist with the upkeep of the HR Management Software (PAMS) and ensure all data is up-to-date.
  • Create staff identification cards for all employees and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Assist with absence management, including communicating relevant information to line managers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of HR administration experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proficient in IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
