We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our Exotics Service Team at Southfields Veterinary Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to a wide range of exotic patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the provision of high-quality patient care, including nursing, anesthesia, and surgical support.
- Work collaboratively with our Exotics Service Team Leader and other team members to develop and implement working processes.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for colleagues.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Exotics Service, including the establishment of new procedures and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with a minimum of 1-year post-registration experience.
- Experience of working with a range of exotic pets, including birds, domestic fowl, reptiles, mammals, amphibians, arthropods, fish, and zoo animals.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Maintain a professional and caring approach in all aspects of your work.
- Provide evidence of your Right to Work in the UK.
