We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our Beaumont House Nursery in Twickenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our children, while also driving the growth and success of our nursery.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, with at least 3 years' experience of working in a day nursery. You will have a proven track record of leading and supporting teams, with a genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn. You will also have a sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations, as well as a firm understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and education to children
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, parents, and visitors
- Manage budgets and finances to ensure the effective operation of the nursery
- Market the nursery to attract new families and grow occupancy
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the local community
