Role: Paid Media Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including search engines and social media.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and budget constraints.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage and monitor campaigns across Google Ads, social media advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring optimal budget allocation and return on investment (ROI).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement adjustments to improve conversion rates and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and content strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and platform updates in the paid advertising landscape.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
