This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Caretaker at The Park Community School, part of the Tarka Learning Partnership. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school's premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out cleaning duties to meet the required standards of the school and trust within a designated work area.
- Assist in the moving of furniture and moveable fittings.
- Ensure the premises are made secure if requested.
- Replenish consumables as required.
- Take part in training to carry out duties effectively.
- Report any building/equipment defects to the Senior Caretaker.
- Observe all health and safety requirements during the cleaning operation.
