About the Role

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic design team in the Kitchen Shop department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering inspirational designs that align with our category vision and ambition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with suppliers to create original and exclusive products that meet our brand's high standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop commercial and functional aspects of products.
  • Translate customer needs into deliverable attributes, driving innovation and product trends.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and external designers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor ranges, attending trade fairs and press shows.

Requirements

  • A keen eye for trends and a flair for creativity.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing product development from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Proficiency in design software and a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
